DFS was engaged by the piling contractor to carry out the optimisation of the foundation design. The design included single pile and pile group analyses. The site geology presented some challenges which were addressed by providing a cost effective design. All the the piles were designed to be founded in the Medium Strength Bedrock, which in some cases resulted in 26m deep piles. DFS was engaged for the foundation design of Building’s A, B, D1 & D2 currently being built.
