The proposed development will deliver 160 new apartments for social and affordable housing as the delivery and construction partner for St George Community Housing at 11 Gibbons St in Redfern. The project envisages a diversity of housing choice aimed to creating a better place in the community.

DFS was engaged by the piling contractor delivering the work. DFS designed and optimised the initial foundation design carried out by others. The final design consisted on deep bored piles terminated in bedrock.
